The APIs are documented, versioned, and open to customers and integration partners, including the captured operating truth itself if you are building your own models on it. Access control and API key management are centralized in the developer portal.

How access works
Access is granted, not self-served.

Request access.
Email support@freightscience.com with your company and your use case for the integration.

Get portal credentials.
Once approved, you receive a username and password for the developer portal as well as an api client id and secret.

Read the spec.
The portal carries the OpenAPI spec, and the getting-started instructions for getting an API token using your credentials.

Subscribe to a product.
A product covers one or more APIs. Subscribing to a product is what grants access to the APIs inside it and rate limits.
There is no public signup, and no key is issued from this page. Access is scoped to a named integration, which is why the first step is a conversation.

Questions about the APIs, the spec, or a subscription go to the people who maintain them, not to a general queue.
