About the role

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Customer Account Manager. The Senior Customer Account Manager will be responsible for establishing and managing post-sales engagement with multiple customers ensuring customers are receiving maximum value from Freight Science solutions and Freight Science is receiving maximum value from customers. This includes managing implementation projects, establishing and monitoring KPI’s, leading QBR’s, ensuring subscription renewal and upselling additional solutions. This role requires strong customer relationship management, project management and customer & internal sales skills.

Qualifications

  • Customer Facing Skills: ability to establish and manage customer expectations, communicate value internally and to customers and upsell additional solutions
  • Project Management: experience managing large, cross-functional projects
  • Communication: strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical Skills: ability to understand how users are using the system and generate KPI’s
  • Business Process Change Management: ability to understand and improve complex business processes
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
  • Experience in the trucking or logistics industry is a plus
  • PMP or similar project management certification is a plus
